Return & Exchange Policy

At VYLA, we want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unworn
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Product is not from a non-returnable category

Non-returnable items may include (but are not limited to):

Lingerie, swimwear, innerwear, beauty products, customised/altered pieces, made-to-order garments, and certain accessory categories due to hygiene or brand-specific policies.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange request:

  • Contact VYLA Customer Support with your order details
  • Our team will guide you through the required steps
  • Quality Check (QC) will be done once the product reaches us

You will be notified at every stage of the process.

Processing Fee (Refundable as Wallet Credit)

A mandatory processing fee is charged to initiate any return or exchange:

  • ₹350 for returns
  • ₹100 for size exchanges

This processing fee is not lost — once the return or exchange is processed, the same amount will be credited to your VYLA Wallet, which can be redeemed on any future order.

Cases Where No Fee Is Charged

No charges apply if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product arrived damaged

In these situations, VYLA will bear all associated return and shipping costs.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In special cases (defects/incorrect deliveries), VYLA handles all logistics and covers the entire cost.

Refund Timeline

Once your return request is approved and QC is completed:

  • Any eligible refund amount will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 30 days of confirmation.
  • Processing fee refunds to your VYLA Wallet are typically instant or reflected within a few hours.

Quality Check (QC) Requirement

All returned products undergo a mandatory quality inspection.
If the item fails QC due to:

  • signs of wear
  • damage
  • missing tags
  • stains
  • odour
  • use

The return will be declined and the product will be sent back to you.

Priority of Purchase Order (PO) Terms

If your Purchase Order (PO) includes specific return or exchange terms, those terms shall override and take precedence over this general policy.
