At VYLA, we want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets the following conditions:
Non-returnable items may include (but are not limited to):
Lingerie, swimwear, innerwear, beauty products, customised/altered pieces, made-to-order garments, and certain accessory categories due to hygiene or brand-specific policies.

A mandatory processing fee is charged to initiate any return or exchange:
This processing fee is not lost — once the return or exchange is processed, the same amount will be credited to your VYLA Wallet, which can be redeemed on any future order.
No charges apply if:
In these situations, VYLA will bear all associated return and shipping costs.
Once your return request is approved and QC is completed:
All returned products undergo a mandatory quality inspection.
If the item fails QC due to:
The return will be declined and the product will be sent back to you.
If your Purchase Order (PO) includes specific return or exchange terms, those terms shall override and take precedence over this general policy.
