What is VYLA’s return window?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply go to your VYLA Dashboard or WhatsApp with your order number. Our team will assist you with the return steps and share the next actions.

Is there a fee for returns or exchanges?

Yes, a processing fee is charged to initiate the request:

  • ₹350 for returns
  • ₹100 for size-related exchanges
This fee is later credited to your VYLA Wallet, and can be used on any future purchase.

Why is a processing fee charged?

The fee helps us ensure quality checks, secure logistics, and smooth operations while maintaining premium service standards.
However, the amount is returned to you as wallet credit, so it’s never lost.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
When is the processing fee NOT charged?

No processing fee applies if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
In these cases, VYLA covers all return costs.
How long will my refund take?

Once the return is approved and QC is completed, your refund will be reflected in your bank account within 30 days of confirmation.

Wallet credits (processing fee refunds) are usually instant or show up within a few hours.

What is Quality Check (QC)?

All returned items go through QC to ensure they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Tag-intact
  • Free of stains, odours, or damage
Items that do not pass QC will be sent back to you.
Which items are non-returnable?

Certain categories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or brand policies, such as:

  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Innerwear
  • Beauty products
  • Customised or altered items
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Certain accessories

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes, size exchanges are allowed and involve a ₹100 refundable processing fee credited back to your wallet.

Color exchanges depend on availability and brand restrictions.

Can I exchange if the product is on sale?

This depends on the brand’s individual policy.

If a product is marked “Final Sale”, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Will I get my processing fee back?
