We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Certain items may not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support and provide your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

A processing fee of ₹350 shall be applicable for all returns, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. For exchanges due to size issues, a nominal fee of ₹100 will be charged. No charges shall be levied for returns or exchanges arising due to manufacturing defects or if the item received is incorrect or damaged.

The above charges are indicative only. The specific return and exchange terms mentioned in the Purchase Order (PO), if any, shall prevail and take precedence over these Customer T&Cs.
